should work well with just a large DSLR camera on a tripod

This is really a pretty large rain cover for a camera and the poncho is a bonus. My purpose in purchasing it was to use it over a motion control (pan/tilt) and large DSLR. Which is just too much for this too cover. I probably need a child's poncho. It is well made and should work well with just a large DSLR camera on a tripod.
